3. Service Description
Boothy provides a platform for users to find photo booth rental services by submitting their information, which we then sell as leads to third-party photo booth providers.
4. User Responsibilities
Users: When submitting information, ensure its accuracy and acknowledge that this information will be shared with third-party providers.
Third-Party Partners: Agree to use the leads provided in a lawful and ethical manner, respecting the privacy, safety, and preferences of the users.

Non-responsibility for Third-Party Actions: Boothy is not responsible for any actions, misconduct, or liabilities that may arise from your interactions with third-party photo booth providers. This includes, but is not limited to, the quality of service provided, any damages or loss incurred, and any violation of laws or regulations by the third-party provider.
Assumption of Third-Party Terms: Upon hiring a third-party provider, you will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. Boothy does not endorse, monitor, or have any control over these third-party policies and practices.
Release of Boothy's Liability: By using Boothy's services, you agree to release Boothy from any claims, damages, and demands of every kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and our service.
It is the responsibility of the user to perform due diligence before engaging with any third-party provider and to fully understand the terms under which they operate.
Please note that Boothy's role is solely to facilitate the initial connection between users and third-party providers. Any agreements, transactions, or interactions that occur as a result of this connection are solely between the user and the third-party provider.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Boothy and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms.
